Meet Stephen G. Daniello, one of Fire Island's most respected and in-demand chefs. After years at the helm of some of NY's most beloved eateries, Chef Daniello is drawing upon his experience and talent to create Share Chef...a one-stop, private catering company that ensures every detail of your event is perfection.  In addition to an award-winning cuisine, Share Chef coordinates the bars, rentals, staffing, decorating, entertainment (per request) and clean up according to your theme and needs.  


Chef Daniello's impressive, star-studded career began in 1987.  Upon graduating from the Culinary Institute of America, he became a Sous Chef for World Yacht Cruise Lines In Manhattan.   After years of working and traveling through Europe and North America, Chef Daniello returned to the metro-New York area as Executive Chef and/or Consultant for prestigious restaurants including Session 73 Restaurant/Night Club, The Blue Whale, Top of the Bay Bistro, & Jumping Jacks Seafood Shack on the Beach. 

The Celebrity Chef title was added to Stephen's resume in 2009, starting with a culinary music project involving Felipe Rose (the original Native American from the Village People) and Gloria Gaynor...while simultaneously being employed as Executive Chef by Shep Pettibone, co-writer of Madonna's hit Vogue and owner of the Empress Hotel & Paradise Night Club.  His demand among the celebrity circuit continued, where during his time as Chef with World Yacht Cruise Line, his food delighted guests at Billy Joel and Christie Brinkley's wedding, Whitney Houston's/Arista Records Birthday Party, Bon Jovi’s Birthday, and Marvin Hamlisch’s wedding.  Chef Daniello also catered private events aboard Malcolm Forbes Yacht the Highlander, preparing lavish dishes for Malcolm and his good friend Elizabeth Taylor.


Chef Daniello's travels, experience and education has provided him with a broad spectrum of cuisine specialties.  However, all of his food can best be described as fresh, delectable, exceptional...a gourmet approach to comfort classics.
